How Coaching Sessions Work:
- Telephone or Zoom sessions set up on a day/time convenient for you.
- Customized to meet your desired goals and the life you really want.
- We will co-create and design a plan that’s right for you.
Design YOUR Life – Life Coaching
Life coaching is for:
- determining what is and what isn’t working
- relationships (with self, others or both)
- another subject specifically related to you
Design YOUR Life – Health & Wellness Coaching
Health and Wellness coaching is for:
- determining what your goals are
- guiding you through a program customized for you
- sharing resources
- supporting and being by your side every step of the way
